2. Returns & Support
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at info@vicobiane.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

3. SKINCARE & BODY CARE
Ghanaian black soap is excellent for deep cleansing, exfoliation, and balancing skin tone. It helps with acne, oily skin, and impurities. It can be used on the face, body, and even hair. Our black soap is made from cocoa pod ash, plantain ash, shea butter, and coconut oil.
Lather the bar in your hands or on a washcloth. Apply the lather to wet skin, massage gently, then rinse. Store the bar in a cool, dry place between uses.
Yes, our black soap is gentle and natural. However, as with any new product, we recommend doing a patch test first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Spice Gold Shower Gel contains turmeric and carrot, which gently exfoliate and brighten the skin. It is 100% organic and leaves your skin with a natural golden glow.
Apply the oil to clean, slightly damp skin after a shower. Massage gently until fully absorbed. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving a soft, satiny finish.
The RadiantBloom Turmeric Body Scrub exfoliates dead skin cells and brightens. The Golden Touch Body Oil moisturises and softens. For best results, use the scrub 2‑3 times a week, then apply the oil daily.

Our Herbal Black Soap Shampoo for Dandruff is specially formulated with tea tree oil, peppermint, rosemary, and honey to soothe the scalp and reduce flakes. Available in 500ml (family size) and 250ml (travel size).
Chebe is a traditional hair strengthener from Chad, used for centuries to promote long, strong hair. It helps reduce breakage and improve length retention. You will find chebe in our Vicobiane Hair Growth Cream
For best results, use the FreshTox Deep Conditioner once or twice a week. Apply to damp hair after shampooing, leave on for 5‑15 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
The FreshTox Hair Cream (Mint & Camphor) is a leave‑in treatment. Apply a small amount to your scalp and hair, massage gently, and do not rinse. Use daily for a soothing, cooling effect.
Yes. Our C.Flo Hair Growth Oil is perfect for massaging into thinning edges, the scalp, or any area where you want to encourage growth. Apply a small amount and massage gently.
The FreshTox Conditioner is a rinse‑out product used after shampooing. The FreshTox Nourishing Coconut Leave‑In Conditioner is a no‑rinse formula that you apply to damp or dry hair and leave in for daily hydration and detangling.

Our extrait de parfum (Eclipse, Tayo) has the highest oil concentration and lasts the longest.
A: Some are clearly feminine or masculine, but we encourage you to choose what you love. Napar, Diado, and Wolda are designed for men. Night Bird, Eclipse, Belle, Tayo, Ashlova and ANN are for women.
Yes. We offer 10ml travel sizes for Ashlova, Diado, Napar, and Wolda. These are perfect for trying a fragrance or carrying it on the go.

Most of our products are natural and gentle. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new product during pregnancy or nursing, especially essential oil‑based products (tea tree, peppermint, clove, etc.).
We avoid parabens and phthalates. Most of our products are sulfate‑free or use very mild surfactants. Check individual product ingredients for specifics. Our Vico Clean Wash laundry detergent is explicitly sulphate‑free
Yes. Our hair growth products (oils, creams, and boosters) are safe for natural, relaxed, colour‑treated, and heat‑styled hair. They help restore moisture and strength.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Perfumes should be kept away from extreme heat. Black soap bars should be kept in a well‑drained soap dish to prolong their life.
